Acer Aspire 5749Z notebook. Can I, and how to upgrade the hardware... gaming computer builder

Hello, guys. I need some help/suggestions from more experienced people before I decide.

I have Acer Aspire 5749Z notebook with these characteristics.

I've upgraded the software to Windows 10. It still works and does its job well.

So, I'm thinking of doing something with this notebook, because I don't want to through it away or leave it unused. I already have another notebook, and I was thinking if I could do some upgrades to this one in order to be able to play an online game (for example World of Tanks, that has very low system requirements from what I know)?

What type of hardware upgrades can I do to it? Can I upgrade the RAM? Can I upgrade the memory? What other things can I upgrade? how much would it cost? (I don't want to spend more than 100 euros - I live in Italy.) And where would be the best place to buy the pieces online? Or should I just go to a computer repair technician and ask him to do the work for me?
