Second monitor out of resolution gaming computer builder

So i have technically a TV as my second monitor its this one : http://www.samsung.com/ph/support/model/LA32B350F1XXP i have tried every resolution possible and everything is bad even the recommended one (1280x720) everything is out of the border. now when i try to fix the resolution on the TV's menu i switched the resolution there to stretched but it just wont save as soon as i quit the menu and get in another tab it just goes back to shit...
