Alienware Aurora R5 hard drive issue, who to deal with? gaming computer builder

So, I got an alienware R5 2 months ago, had some issues and opened it up. Pull the cable from the hard drive and the sata connecter on the hard drive was broken, probably being held together by the connector itself, now its just totally broken. Any idea if Alienware will send out a replacement drive thats preloaded? Is Alienware even the right people to deal with?
