What Information has Microsoft been legally forced to provide about the data it collects and associated to windows license keys? gaming computer builder

Though that this would be an interesting question to post about Microsoft and the data it collects/has been legally forced to provide.

I'll address this as three small questions so you can easily respond to them (this question applies to versions of Windows, but my emphasis not Windows 7 through 10).

1:Just wondering, does Microsoft collect the UUI'S or GUI'S (uniques hardware signatures) from the hardware that is used with the windows license I own?

2:Does Microsoft collect the data from my sticky notes program of collect the filenames of files interacted with on my computer?

3:Has there ever been a case (either criminal or civil) in which Microsoft has been legally compelled to hand over information about data collected from and/or associated to a particular Windows license?
