PC Buy Advice gaming computer builder

Hi guys I'm moving from my Lenovo G505s Laptop to a PC of £500 budget.

I have been recommended to build a PC but I do not fancy buying separate parts and risk breaking it.

Instead i am looking at a certified refurbished 'Gaming PC HP 8300 Elite Quad Core i5-3470, 16GB RAM, 1TB HDD, GeForce GTX 1050 Ti 4GB.' for £509 on Amazon.

I need a computer for; -Adobe Premiere Pro (YouTube) -Adobe Photoshop -Running a poker software and database simultaneously -dual monitor or large monitor (how big can I go?!)

Is this a mistake? Will I regret this? All of these letters and numbers on computers are making me crazy, any advice I'd appreciate thanks!!!
