New 1TB SSD gaming computer builder

Good afternoon everyone,

I currently have a 1TB HDD, a 120GB SSD, and a 480GB SSD. I'm contemplating getting a new 1TB SSD to replace the 120GB, however my 120GB SSD is the one that has the operating system installed on it. To be able to successfully replace the 120GB with the 1TB, would it be best to clone the 120GB SSD to the HDD? And then clone that to the 1TB SSD? Or would I need to wipe the 480, clone the 120 to that, and then set up my 1TB? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
