My MSI Apache Pro GTX960M runs 20 FPS in some Games, and 50 FPS in others gaming computer builder

I was playing the New Hitman game and even on lower settings it runs at 20 FPS, while in GTA 5 on High it runs 50 FPS. Whats wrong with my Gaming Comp? Its a Laptop BTW. Please Help.
