my computer is failing gaming computer builder

When I start my pc up it shows American Megatrends error, master hard disk failure is imminent and some other stuff. I bought my computer in 2008,SR5350F model. its still my main computer, I don't know what to do. Should I replace the Hard Drive or say RIP and get another one. I don't really have the money to buy a macbook or high end pc either. :(
