Games (specifically Minecraft) started loading in 32 bit when I have a 64 bit computer and all the subsequent programs needed in 64 bit. gaming computer builder

Recently, I've noticed my minecraft has been taking forever to launch. Not from the mod loader screen, but the window doesn't want to show up. I keep my task manager open to look at my internet speed, processing, etc, and I decided to look in the programs tab. In that tab, the minecraft launcher shows up as two separate 32 bit programs. Now, when I end those programs, the window usually pops up within 10 seconds and loads normally. What's going on, and how do I fix it?

My computer is still pretty new, I purchased it about 4 months ago.
