CPU 90C// New Build gaming computer builder

This is a multi question thread. So i just built a new gaming rig. Got everything put together and felt it was running smoothly. My CPU temps are hitting 90c while gaming. Have not had the chance to try with other games to see if they do it as well. But its hitting 90c while playing PUBG (CPU intensive game)..

The Build: Gigabyte Z170x Gaming 7 (MB), Hyper 212 LED with PWM Fan, Intel Core i7-6700K 8M Skylake Quad-Core 4.0 GHz, GIGABYTE AORUS GeForce GTX 1080 Ti DirectX 12 GV-N108TAORUS X-11GD 11GB 352-Bit GDDR5X PCI Express 3.0 x16 ATX Xtreme Edition Video Card, G.SKILL TridentZ RGB Series 16GB (2 x 8GB) 288-Pin DDR4 SDRAM DDR4 3200, SAMSUNG 960 EVO M.2 500GB NVMe PCI-Express 3.0 x4 Internal Solid State Drive (SSD), EVGA SuperNOVA 750 G2 220-G2-0750-XR 80+ GOLD 750W, Rosewill CULLINAN-WHITE ATX Mid Tower Gaming Case With Tempered Glass Panels.

I do plan to upgrade to water cooling, but have to save inorder to do so. It is the next project for the build.

The plan tomorrow is to reapply liquid metal to heatsink/ processor. But wanted some insight to the build and thoughts on if it maybe was bad thermal application or any ideas to be said.

Can i water cool just the cpu and then do the gpu cooling on a later date? Or is it one or all type deal. Very new to the thought of water cooling. It has also been 5 years since i built my first comp. So this is number two, just want everything to be right and work well.
