A year ago i bought an HP laptop computer for about 800$, since then my computer keeps freezing. Best Buy didn't ("couldn't") take it back because the complaint was made after the first 15 days (how would i know this was a problem during the first 15 days?)
I went to the HP customer service and the told me to do a hard disk check. I did, it passed. No problems. Until it froze again. I went again to the HP chat--which takes a while to get a representative. They told me to do the hard disk check again, so I did. It happened again.
After that, i made another complaint. They sent me something so i could reset my computer. I did that and it took hours.
--this was all happening during my semester at school--
So after the test it was supposedly fixed. It wasn't. It happened again. I weent to the chat again and they told me to take it to repair and that I had the warranty that would cover every expense.
I took it to repair, it took about a week and a half and i got my computer back.
THEN IT HAPPENED AGAIN. It froze again!
Today I was chatting with an HP representative and while we were chatting for about 2 hours, the computer froze. Ironic.
Almost a year later I cant get a solution. They offered me to take it to repair again, but why? They have exhausted their options. And I am exhausted too.
My computer is a HP ENVY X360 M6-AQ005DX CONVERTIBLE PC
