Antivirus that deletes itself after removing programs? gaming computer builder

I remember finding this program earlier and it worked like charm while also uninstalling itself when it finished. Recently my dad wad in my house while i was on vacation and managed to install bunch of advare and i would like to try and find this program i used before. Thanks in advance
