An update gaming computer builder

I was thinking about this https://uk.pcpartpicker.com/list/ but with perhaps some used parts? (The second hand parts will be the same as listed but yeah.) Would it be any good? If you are new than my quest is to try and build a PUBG PC for £150. It will be a challenge but it will be done.
