Wireless Logitech mouse isn't working gaming computer builder

I purchased a Logitech M325 a few months ago, and when I use it on my PC now, I just get a message that "the last USB device that you plugged into the computer has malfunctioned." Any ideas? And yes, I did try it on multiple ports.
