This might be really dumb to the people here, or at least a stupid situation to get into, but how do I get rid of this stupid safesearch crap that's moved in? gaming computer builder

I've gotten off my homepage and new tabs, but still everytime I try to search for something there it is, and my search bar won't use anything else. I have no idea if it is doing worse things that I don't know about. Thanks for the help
