Hello Reddit! So a little history, I bought this PC off Amazon a few months ago and recently this strange buzzing sound has been coming from the fan attached to the heatsink.

I have detached the heatsink and dusted it off. The odd thing about this whole situation is that when the side panel is on but I remove it to investigate the buzzing sound persists, however when the panel is removed before startup, the buzzing sound never happens.

I have also contacted the SkyTech Gaming Support however they did not answer my questions at all.

As well as the above, I've questioned a local computer store, one of them suggested that it's probably coming from my graphics card and that pressing my finger on the center of the graphics card would solve the problem as it could be dying. I've both tried that and confirmed that the buzzing sound is most certainly coming from either the fan on my heatsink or the heatsink itself.
Thank you ahead of time for any assistance! If you need anymore information about my setup, I'd be more than willing, however I haven't changed anything so the specs should all be in the link given.
