Shift "o" doesn't work need help. gaming computer builder

I have a Corsair K70 Rapidfire keyboard last couple weeks realized shift "o" doesn't work. I thought it was a problem with my keyboard so Corsair sent me a replacement. Is there a way I might have disabled the shift "o" input?
