Question about transferring a lot of data to my first NAS? gaming computer builder

So, I just bought my first NAS, a QNAP TS-451+. I already have two 4tb drives (besides my os ssd) in my computer I want to take out and put in the nas. They have a a combined 4tb of content. I also have two more 4tb drives I purchased to put in the nas. Whats the best way of getting my content (the 4tb's of data that's currently on one of the drives in the pc) to the nas? Do I need to copy it all to another drive and then put all four 4tb drives in the nas, set up the nas and then copy all that footage from the new drive back to the nas? thanks! lol.
