Pc keeps getting hot gaming computer builder

Hi, my computer gets really hot when I play more demanding games like rainbow six siege and black desert online. I have the and stock cooler and one case fan. I was wondering, should I get more case fans or a new cpu cooler? Or both? Please help. Thanks
