PC Crashes after 5 mins in game. gaming computer builder

My PC Crashes after about 5 minutes in Rocket League, Paladins, or Overwatch even though I'm on the lowest graphics settings possible.

I've checked to see if it's overheating which it isn't. I have also updated my drivers to the most recent update.

The only thing I could guess would be that there isn't enough space on my hard drive. I have freed up about 30 gigs on my 1TB and it seems to have made it so it takes longer before it crashes.

What is the recommended amount of space I should have available? Or is this even the problem?
