New pc help ibuypower bb931 gaming computer builder

Hi all. Just bought a ibuypower bb931 today. I thought I had the right video cord dvi . Had vga and needed to power it down. Bought the cord I needed and booted it up. Told me windows had an issue and needed to restart. I found online about the going into my command prompt and do regedit. Changed the one thing I thought was causing the problem. Sure enough I get to the start of windows 10 booting up and you have to select all the options. I select them all and then hit the quick option or whatever to have it boot. It says just a moment and my pc restarts and I am stuck doing this over and over. I have no dvd or CD drive on this pc so a fresh install is out right now. Got it from bestbuy with warranty of course
