Need some help... gaming computer builder

I delidded my CPU and now the system fails to post. Swapped CPU's, failed to post. Even using a different GPU failed to post, I get the error code 0A which I found was

"OEM initialization after microcode loading"

Not sure what that means. I've tried swapping the RAM in different slots and still fails to post. Any help?

RAM: Corsair Platinum DDR4 16gb 3000mhz Motherboard: Z270 M5 CPU: 7700K GPU: MSI GAMING X 1080
