Is this a good computer? gaming computer builder

Just wanted to know if this computer can run newer games such as rust and battlegrounds on pretty good settings without issues. My old gaming laptop is behind and I want a desktop. I will also upgrade to 16 GB of ram eventually. I already have a gtx 970 and was wonder what is better or this gtx 1060.
