Is 20C-30C To Cold For Hard Drives/Motherboards/Cpu? Also Usb Hub/Wireless Mirroring Questions. gaming computer builder

So I have 3 questions. First is 20C to cold for hard drives, cpu & motherboard? Next is I am looking for a wireless usb hub that works at least 20-30 meters away from main desktop at least 8 Usb Ports. Next I am looking for a device that will allow high quality wireless mirroring from desktop to TV. My operating system is Windows 7 Home Premium. I've tried google chrome cast about a year ago and it didn't work I am not to sure if they've fixed it. I've read some very mixed reviews when it comes to wireless devices hoping for some great advice. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated, thanks.
