So my dad brought me home a little asus desktop, nothing fancy, just something you would find in a high school library. My problem is that he had windows xp installed for certain programs and now I want to upgrade it, and I have a windows 8 THE computer came with, but I have no instructions.
I tried doing what google said and it didn't work, so if anyone knows what I can do to have the disk work and upgrade to windows 8 with it (I don't want 8 but it's better than xp). So anyway, please help, you are my only hope to get a decent working computer with a modern operating system. Thanks everyone!
