How well would you say this computer would run? gaming computer builder

I'm currently thinking about purchasing a desktop that I would modify over the years. I've found one that I'm interested in, here are some of the specs:

Processor: Intel i5-3470 3.20Ghz Quad Core Installed Memory: 16GB Installed Hard Drive: 1TB

Now if you could tell me if you think this could edit videos, as well as stream to twitch via a 108060 Elgado, that would be just grand.
