Gaming mouse recommendations, see inside gaming computer builder

I have a Razer Orochi which has served me faithfully for 6 years. But lately it will have issues tracking, and buttons are doubleclicking when I only click once. its annoying, and its causing wipes and general skill tomfoolery. Im debating getting another Orochi, since its perfect, but everyone talks so much shit about how Razer is hit or miss on quality. So are there other options out there for me? Heres what are must-haves: small/laptop size (small hands), scroll wheel that acts as a button, 2 left side buttons, and 2 right side buttons. most gaming mice have 2 at the thumb and none on the other side, or 6, 8, 12, or 200 buttons at the thumb. Any ideas? I casually poked around at logitech and RAT and didnt see anything fitting these specifications. thanks in advance
