Dell XPS 13 with Windows 10 bluescreens every 10 seconds while using the Internet gaming computer builder

Literally got this today and it's already causing problems. All I did was install Symantec and browse Amazon, and now it restarts every time I click a link. I bought this thing for college and am mega pissed. What do?
