Cable management and cooling help needed gaming computer builder

Hi all :) I just finished building my first pc, and I have zero idea how to do the cables. Is it okay if I take the cables and leave them hidden on the side without tying them up? Or will that effect my pc negatively in some way? I took out a few HDD bays and there's a bunch of room under to just stuff them all there.

I currently have a H60 for my 7700k and a 1080ti. My case fans are blowing in from the front of the computer, 3 120mm fans. What's the most efficient way to cool my system? I loaded the bios and the cpu is at 43celcius, motherboard at 30-35celcius. Is that okay? Thanks for the help!! :)
