Budget gaming pc gaming computer builder

Hello, so I want to build a gaming pc for 250 pounds I already have a good PC but I need a second one for reasons I won't tell :P but I already have a windows 7 disc from my current PC and I also am upgrading my gpu from my main rig so I already have a gpu. (gpu is gtx 680 I'm upgrading to a rx 480 8gb/580 or gtx 1060 6gb)
