Benefits of 1GB internet when computers don't reach those speeds? gaming computer builder

So I recently upgraded to Google Fiber 1000 mb internet. However I'm noticing that my computer and other devices (we have 2 ps4s, two smart tvs, and a regular computer all using wifi as well as my boyfriend streams on Twitch) only will reach speeds of around 65mb-105mb. Is there any benefit of still keeping the 1gb internet when individually my devises can't reach those speeds? Will having the 1gb make it to where all my devises their top speeds without slowing down? Or would downgrading to 100 gb be enough without slowing?
