What is the best way to get a 34" Ultrawide and Thunderbolt 3 EGPU with a 1050ti or better, all under $400? gaming computer builder

I hope I did this right (This is my first time)...

...Anyways, I want to find a way to get an 34" ultra-wide, and thunderbolt 3 external GPU equipped a 1050 ti or better, all under $400 USD. The 1050 ti I have found is $130, so I recommend that as the max GPU price.
