Suddenly im running with very low fps in games. gaming computer builder

So since yesterday i had more than 60+ fps in lots of games, now im all the way down at 5-20 fps. I dont know what can cause this, my computer isnt that loud as it used to be anymore, but the fan is still working, so i dont know if that can cause it. Im not a nerd when it comes to computers, so any help would be helpful. Tell me if u need more information about some certain things. Also just figured that when im watching a stream i can only watch it in low quality.
