is Haswell desktop i5 4670k still a decent CPU? gaming computer builder

For editing drone videos in 1440p some in 4k..and also multiscreen ultradwide 1440p youtube videos etc.

using a 12gb ddr3 ram gtx 1060

just wondering how it compares to new cpus nowadays if videoediting tasks/1440p usage would see a significant ugprade if mobo/cpu is upgraded, or if the 4650k will handle just fine?
