Flash drives - not coming up gaming computer builder

I bought a Samsung 128GB USB 3.0 Flash Drive Fit about 4 months ago to use between school and home. It works fine and comes up on every computer I use other then my main PC. It is not in virtual disk manager. I don't know if there is some fix. Does anyone know why it does not show up, but makes the sound when plugged in.
