video codec failing and causes artifacts. gaming computer builder

Hey, been searching around to see if anyone else has this issue I am currently having.

After my computer has been on for a while it will start causing artifacting on videos indiscriminate of it's sources including youtube, mpc, vlc, twitch. This did not alway happen and only started recently like the past week, using nvidia drivers on win 10 OS. I have told some friends about it who have similar rigs and they are also getting this problem. I have strong feeling it is either a win 10 driver issue or nvidia driver issue but is hard to pinpoint when you are not 100% sure when the problem started. Solutions Ideas Help or even you just want to vent please leave a comment would like to not restart my computer twice a day.
