[Question] What is the bare minimum to access bios? gaming computer builder

So I'm currently building a PC and trying to test the motherboard. I got the board and cpu from my friend since he wasn't using it any more. I want to test the motherboard beforehand so I don't need to remove everything if its gone.

Here are the CPU, mobo, and GPU. CPU: FX-6100 GPU: GTX 1050 Ti Mobo: gigabyte 990fxa-ud3

What do I need connected for it to post to the bios?
