[Question] Things to back up for sure before a reformat? gaming computer builder

Since my C drive is only 256 mb, I basically Opened C, select all/copy and pasted the entirety of it to my external HDD.

That said, what are some things that I should for sure be backing up?

For example, since I copied the whole drive, if should my app data folders be sufficient for the programs that use them (in terms of saving their settings; like OBS or Nox?)

Obvious things like saving my browser stored passwords, etc.?

Just want to make sure I'm not missing out on anything before I reformat.
