[Question] Is it dangerous to download copyrighted videos through inspect element on Google Chrome? gaming computer builder

I am a member of a paid streaming sight that streams anime episodes and movies, I want to download some episodes onto my computer so that I can watch them when out of wifi range, the website doesn't allow you to download the files however I have worked out that if I go into inspect element on Google Chrome I can open the .mp4 in a separate Tab, that allows me to save the video. My question is, will the website be able to track that I have done this, and in-turn ban me/sue me for breaching copyright?
