Problems when trying to reset my PC on windows 8.1 gaming computer builder

I am selling my PC and When i try to reset my PC an error message comes up saying ''some files are missing your windows media will provide these files''. Can anyone help, i need to reset it within the next couple of days. thanks in advance :)
