Looking for tech advice on new gaming PC build gaming computer builder

This is my PC and what I have ordered so far. I was looking for advice on what GPU to pair with my CPU. I would ideally want it to be under $250 and either be white or black to match my build. Also I was wondering if 8gb of ram should be enough for modern games or if I will be needing 16gb. Thank you for your input reddit!
