Looking for cheapest home laptop gaming computer builder

Looking for a new laptop for home and work use.

Needs to be able to do these things well as they are the only things I would be doing on it:

-Excel, Power Point, Word etc. -Video streaming and downloading -Internet browsing

Regular size, not a small or large one.
