Is this idea possible...? gaming computer builder

So I'm currently working towards a CCNA and A+ Cert. But i've always had this question in my mind:

Raspberry Pi, yes? Download a game emulator (N64, Sega Gen, The works) And then using my android phone as a monitor. There has to be SOME way to do it. But all I can come up with is to use VNC. Any Ideas?
