Help picking PC gaming computer builder

Hey guys I'm currently using Xbox to play games but I wish to transfer to PC, ideally I'd like one that can run any game I want it to at a good speed! Does anyone have recommendations, I should state I'm from UK if that helps anyone! Any ideas would be greatly appreciated as I have 0 understanding about PC's
