Has Microsoft gotten rid of the UEFI Firmware Settings for Trouble Shooting? gaming computer builder

I havent been able to get into my BIOS for a while now. I just Upgraded my computer from a HDD to a SSD and I'm thinking about Upgrading cpus. I'm not sure If I need my bios to upgrade my cpu but I find it disconcerting that I cant access it. When I go into Advanced Options For Trouble Shooting THe option for UEFI isnt there. I have also tried unplugging my boot drive but then I get a message telling me to plug it back in.

MY motherboard is a MSI 970A G43 if thats of any help.

I may have disabled the access part if thats at all possible but I'm not experienced enough to be sure.
