External Hard drive crossover help gaming computer builder

Hello So I have a mac however I'm on a trip so before I went I put all my information that I need on my external hard drive from my mac.

When I plug it into my laptop it doesn't come up on devices however if I go into disk manager it's there but it says 128mb of it is unallocated, what does this mean and can I fix it??
