So, I took my computer into the shop as it was running slow and the repair guy said that my hardware was fine but is still "Locking up at times" as he put it, after his clean up. So he says it needs to be wiped and reloaded. I'm just curious is he going to do anything different than "Navigate to Settings. ... Select "Update & security" Click Recovery in the left pane. ... Click Get started under Reset this PC. Click either "Keep my files" or "Remove everything,"
So my question is, is he going to just follow those simple steps to restore and wipe my computer? Or is he going to be doing something a little more sophisticated then that. As if it is that, I'm pretty sure I could do that myself and save 100$ as he already charged 50 for checking everything out and determined a problem.
