Wondering if it matters when the motherboard says it is Dual AMD supported when wanting to use an Nvidia graphics card. gaming computer builder

Title, i feel like this is very obvious but since this is my first time building and stuff i just wanna make sure since it on the site im buying the motherboard on says its Dual AMD supportive. It made me think sooo? does it mean its not Nvidia supportive? which i know it probably is but still feel the need to ask about it here lol. What i am going for is as follows
