Will the i5-7500 or i5-7600k and GTX 1060 3gb be able to livestream 720p 30fps on Battlefield One gaming computer builder

Hi I am thinking about building a gaming computer for streaming/recording Battlefield one at 720p 30fps is it possible to do that smoothly using OBS Studio. My Graphics card will be a GTX 1060 or GTX 1050ti. Thanks in advance peace yo.
