Hi I'm looking for a laptop for using programs such as autocad, sketchup, 3ds max, photoshop, rhino etc, often 2 will be open at the same time. I'm in the uk, my budgets around £1000 but I'd love to save some money if I can. Ideally want it to last for 2-3 years at least. I need to carry it around a lot so something smaller would be ideal.
I've been looking around and found the company pcspecialist, they do a 14" laptop that could be what I'm looking for but tbh I have no idea. I found scan and msi do similar 8gb ram laptops at pretty much the same price point but with 15.6" screens. Not sure if it's a big difference in size really.
Here's the configuration I was looking at
Defiance 3 chassis & display, 14" matte full hd IPS led widescreen (1920x1080) I7 quad core 7700hq 2.8ghz 16gb corsair 2133mhz ddr4 (1×16) (not sure if this is too much and 8 would would be enough) Nvidia gtx 1050 Ti 4gb gddr5 128gb ssd 6gb/s 1tb SSHD seagate firecuda (560mb/r) Some better thermal paste
Comes to about £1070
I'd really appreciate any guidance you could give me, cheers.
